It’s evening. This is the chance for you to wind down. You’re meant to have done all your hard work by now. You should get ready for sleep. Sleep will give you what you need to do your best tomorrow.

So wind down.

Step away from your screens. Put away your to-do list.

Go for a walk. Read fiction. Talk to someone. Drink green tea. Stretch. Water your plants. Play a little music.

Do something that makes you feel joy. Calm joy.

Give yourself space to feel how tired you are. By now, you are meant to be.
