Time is a super power. Everything that has ever been achieved have been so in time.

Time is hard to see, but it is always there, working in the background. Time makes you old. Time makes you strong. Time makes you weak. Time heals wounds. Time creates distance.

A person who goes to the gym once wakes up sore the next morning. A person who goes to the gym every day for two years, is a healthier, stronger, and better looking human being.

If you write one page a day for a year, you have written 365 pages. That is a book.

If you get two followers a day for a year, you have over 700 followers.

But time can also work against you. If you forget to throw out the trash once, it might smell a little. If you forget to throw it out every day for a year, you are a hoarder. If you drink one time, you are partying. If you drink every day for a year, you are an alcoholic.

Actions are small, but magnified by time.

Use this formula:

Repeated Action + Time = Results

That is all there is to it. So have patience. A keeping doing what you’re doing — what you can do — today. And the day after that. And the day after.

Once you look back you will see what time has done.
